By accessing and using the Shooting Club Rhodes website (scrhodes.gr) and registering for events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Event Registration

• Event registrations are subject to availability (maximum 150 participants per event)
• Registration is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details
• The club reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its discretion

3. Safety Requirements

• All participants must follow IPSC safety rules and regulations
• Participants must have appropriate licenses and permits as required by Greek law
• Junior shooters must have parental or guardian consent
• Participants must comply with all range safety officers' instructions
• The club reserves the right to remove any participant who violates safety rules

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Shooting sports involve inherent risks. By registering for events, you acknowledge that:

• You participate at your own risk
• The club is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage during events
• You have adequate insurance coverage for participation
• You are physically and mentally fit to participate
• You waive any claims against the club, organizers, and staff for injuries or damages

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Event cancellation policies will be communicated per event
• The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances
• Refund policies (if applicable) will be specified for each event
• Participants who cancel may be subject to cancellation fees

6. IPSC Rules Compliance

All competitions are governed by IPSC (International Practical Shooting Confederation) rules. Participants must be familiar with and comply with current IPSC regulations. Competition results and participant information may be submitted to IPSC for official records.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Shooting Club Rhodes or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.

8. Photography and Media

By attending events, you consent to photography, video recording, and the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials, social media, and event documentation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organizers.

9. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Show respect to other participants, staff, and officials
• Maintain sportsmanship and fair play
• Follow all facility rules and regulations
• Avoid behavior that could endanger others or damage property
• Comply with anti-doping regulations if applicable

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rhodes, Greece.
